Dublin Ranch is a master planned community developed by Shea Homes. Situated against the picturesque hills of east Dublin, residents enjoy a superior quality of life here. It features a huge recreation facility with a gym, community room with a full banquet kitchen, pool tables, game rooms, pool and spa. The homes are condominiums, town homes and single family homes ranging from 1300 to 3030 square feet.
We are looking forward to our new 50,000 square foot fitness facility located on Dublin Blvd east of Tassajara Road to be built by Leisure Sports Inc. owner of Club Sport Pleasanton. It will feature eight dedicated studios for group exercise, yoga, pilates and cycling. Other amenities include a resort style pool, a day spa with nine treatment rooms, a café, childcare center and concierge service.
There is an approved sports park to be built on the east side of Dublin Ranch. The plans include baseball diamonds, tennis courts, soccer fields, bocce ball courts, volleyball and bmx. Fallon Sports Park will be built by the City of Dublin.
