Regent Properties unveiled its plans for Phase II of Sorrento East at Dublin Ranch in February 2010. They will be building 581 homes in six communities ranging in size from 1,610-3104 square feet. All homes will be either two or three stories. Some of the homes will have yard spaces.

Fallon Sports Park, phase 1 is scheduled to open in August 2010. It will be lighted and feature 2 soccer fields, 1 BMX track, 2 softball fields, 4tennis courts and 4 basketball courts.
